As part of a Contextual Design project to investigate a future projection of The Times' characteristic manner of delivering content that enables self-reliance, this proposal builds on current trends towards 'having one's own mind' and 'taking care of oneself'.

The Times Medical Supplement, possibly in association with a partner such as BUPA, delivers any medicinal and supplementary nutritional content the user needs, in a robustly physical and visual way.

The delivery window allows monitoring during delivery, and visibly refils over time until the next dose is due. This involvement satisfies Times readers' appetite for the details that hold up the big picture
