Custom Mini

This car, which is now my daily vehicle, is the result of four years of part-time design and fabrication while I was still at school.

Its purpose is to exploit the agile stance of the mini by introducing a subtle hardness that hasn't been delivered by commercially-available 'bodykits'.

At the front, the classic chromed hexagonal grill is integrated into the bodywork for a crisper, less ornamental look.

At the rear, the original rectangular lamp units are replaced by heavily sculpted circular units, more in keeping with the subtle curves of the Mini's flanks, and gentle diffuser treatment integrates the exhausts nicely into the bodyshell.
